Red Thread Session | Seattle Adoption Photographer | Evidence of Life Photography

There is an ancient Chinese legend that an invisible red thread connects those who are destined to meet, regardless of time, place, or circumstances. The thread may stretch or tangle, but will never break.

It was such an honor and a joy to meet and learn about this family's journey of foster parenting to adoption and to see the overwhelming love and support of their huge circle of family, friends and supporters on their journey. So many supporters showed up to their court hearing to finally legalize the adoption that they couldn't even fit them all in the court room! And then all those families and more came out in the pouring pacific northwest rain for a huge celebration complete with pigs and goats and pony rides and Zeek's Pizza and Ben and Jerry's ice cream. Not to mention this was my first time at the Fox Hollow Farms animal sanctuary which provided a fun and gorgeous backdrop to this joyous event. I am still just thrilled to be able to be part of everything.
