One thing we love about the couples who choose us to capture their important memories is seeing everyone's take and interpretation on wedding traditions. Some of our favorite moments at Amanda & Miguel's romantic union: Giving away the bride: by Mom! We have seen many brides choose to walk down the aisle alone, with both parents, with dad, grandpa or even brothers. But seeing just Mom walking her beautiful blushing daughter down the aisle on her wedding day was a first at one of our weddings and it makes my heart smile! Uniting as family: I just love when our couples choose to incorporate their children in the ceremony. Amanda and Miguel chose to incorporate their darling little toddler in the sand ceremony portion of the day and even the kiss!  Cake topper: Speaking of incorporating the little ones! I never cry at weddings. Probably because I'm always either a bridesmaid or photographer, but I just  couldn't  hold it together as we captured the uniting of two beautiful families - our Cousin Melodie, her daughters and grand-daughter, and our new Cousin Tall and his beautiful daughter and sons. In the words of Mel's daughter, "the hero and quarterback."  Congratulations - on the beautiful children you're blessed with and finding each other in your life's journey.
